In this class, we’ll cover how to provide culinary services on the road, including evaluating and using resources, safety considerations, planning, shopping, packing, and overall how to eat cheap, delicious, easy, and healthy while traveling, with some quizzes along the way.  We’ll also cover how to adapt presentation and service for the luxury experience.  On the doc cam, we’ll cover some napkin folds (demo; guide available) and briefly go over the table setting chart and a few of my favorite hotel room friendly recipes that are sure to please. We’ll wrap up with a brief Q+A session.
