In this class, we’ll cover how to provide excellent culinary services, from nutrition and planning to allergens, safety, and kitchen basics, as well as plating, table service, and the basics of beverage services, with some quizzes along the way. I’ll share resources I’ve created, including a table setting chart and guide, napkin folding guide, and recipes. On the doc cam, we’ll cover some napkin folds and create an example meal plan. We’ll wrap up with a brief Q+A session.
(This class is best done as a three-hour intensive.)
