In this class, we’ll cover how to provide excellent culinary services, from planning to allergens, safety, and kitchen basics, as well as plating and table service, with some quizzes along the way. I’ll share resources I’ve created including a table setting chart and guide, napkin folding guide, and recipes. On the doc cam, we’ll cover some napkin folds and create an example meal plan. We’ll wrap up with a brief Q+A session.
