In this class, we’ll cover how to provide excellent culinary service, from table setting, napkin folding, and graceful serving, to handling meal planning, food inventory, and shopping, to handling special diets and some kitchen safety, with some quizzes along the way. On the doc cam, we’ll cover some napkin folds (demo; guide available) and briefly go over the table setting chart and a few of my favorite go to recipes that are sure to please. We’ll wrap up with a brief Q+A session.
