In this class, we’ll cover how to provide excellent culinary service, from planning to allergens, safety, and kitchen basics, as well as plating and table service, with some quizzes along the way. On the doc cam, we’ll cover some napkin folds and briefly go over the table setting chart and a few of my favorite go to recipes that are sure to please. We’ll wrap up with a brief Q+A session.
