In this class, we’ll cover how to assemble a butler’s book, s-type file, butler’s journal, and beyond, including tracking preferences, doing event debriefs, sharing information about yourself, saving household information and guides, and creating references for productivity, packing, shopping, cooking, and gifting. This is the nitty gritty, practical side, beyond the paperwork kink, focused on what to include, based on my experience as a butler school student. We’ll run through the templates together, and we’ll wrap up with a brief Q+A session.
