In this class, we’ll cover respectful communication when safewords/limits aren’t an option, how to provide your own aftercare/regulation if needed, managing your own reactions to undesired orders/actions, handling the stigma around—and potential consequences of—these dynamics (without giving up critical thinking), and building a solid foundation for consistent service and submission through self care practices. We’ll wrap up with a brief Q+A session.
